Rubin Margules

Rubin Margules is the Chairman of the Board of the ZOA, and a Board member of American Friends of Ateret Cohanim (a ZOA Coalition org) and Ariel University in Samaria. Rubin is a businessman with an MBA from Harvard. He also served for 10 years as president of the Manhattan Beach Jewish Center. Rubin worked on a kibbutz after high school, and organized his first fundraiser for Israel during the Six-Day War. He is also well known for leading for 20 years ZOA’s annual Purim distribution of mishloach manot baskets to over 9,000 IDF soldiers each year. The Rubin Margules/ZOA Purim baskets include letters collected from young U.S. yeshiva students thanking the IDF soldiers for their courageous defense of Israel.
