Sofiya Aminova
Sofiya Aminova is a children’s occupational therapist at both a yeshiva and a charter school. She especially appreciates the value of yeshiva education for learning Torah and protecting children from antisemitism. Sofiya has had firsthand experience with Jews maintaining their faith despite antisemitism; she was born in a Muslim-majority country (Uzbekistan), briefly moved with her family to Moscow, and then came to America. Sofiya is also involved in the great mitzvah of helping young Jewish professionals find their bashert; and is a strong pro-Israel advocate.
